1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Prohibition of Hotlinking & Bandwidth Theft

Hotlinking—the practice of linking directly to image files (e.g., /storage/.../*.jpg) hosted on MangaVerse's servers or CDN from external websites, web forums, social media bots, or third-party applications—is strictly prohibited.

Any domain or application detected hotlinking our image assets will be blocked via HTTP referer validation and Cloudflare WAF, and abuse reports may be filed against the hosting provider of the offending entity.

5. Prohibition of Re-hosting & Commercial Re-distribution

While manga intellectual property belongs to original creators and licensed publishers, the compilation, digital optimization, webtoon formatting, editorial curation, and database architecture provided on MangaVerse represent our operational investment.

• No Re-uploading to Clone Platforms: You may not leech, duplicate, or re-host manga content from MangaVerse to launch mirror sites, clone reader platforms, or mobile application packages (APKs).
• No Commercial Exploitation: You may not re-purpose our digitized images or chapter sequences for monetization on third-party commercial platforms, including ad-supported aggregator websites, YouTube recap channels, or TikTok videos without explicit written authorization.

6. Fair Use & Respect for Original Creators

Content indexed on this platform is intended for discovery and fan preview purposes under fair principles. We strongly urge all manga fans to support authors, artists, and licensed publishers by purchasing official printed volumes, subscribing to official digital platforms (such as MangaPlus, Shonen Jump, BookWalker, or Viz), and buying licensed merchandise.

7. Technical Sanctions & Enforcement

MangaVerse employs real-time bot mitigation, intelligent rate limiters, and threat intelligence feeds. In the event of a violation of these Terms:

• We reserve the right to immediately terminate access, blacklist IP addresses, or block entire Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs) without prior warning.
• Formal Abuse Complaints (AUP / DMCA violations) will be submitted to the hosting companies, cloud providers, and registrar of any service operating scraper bots against our site.
• We reserve the right to seek civil and injunctive remedies for intentional server disruption and unauthorized automated intrusion.
